Innovativeness is the skill of creating new things or finding innovation in existing things. It is a difficult characteristic to incorporate into ourselves. A commitment to perfection and following of moral principles even in the absence of supervision marks conscientiousness. It includes characteristics like attention to detail, good judgment, and reasoning. In my daily life, I often come across friends who use cheating in order to get better grades, especially around test periods. I strongly reject such shortcuts, even in front of their support and assurances that I won't be caught by teachers. Rather, I continue to be committed to the values of honesty and depend only on my own abilities. This constant commitment to moral behavior shows conscientiousness and leads me away from immoral options that are just motivated by the desire for academic success.
